Join a high-performing team at QTC as an Enterprise Risk Management Specialist. Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Risk Management, this role is a key contributor to QTC's risk governance framework, supporting strategic and operational objectives through expert risk advice, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement. You'll play a pivotal role in identifying emerging risks, enhancing internal controls, and delivering insightful reporting to senior executives and Board committees. Enterprise Risk Management
* Support the identification and evaluation of current and emerging risk issues.
* Analyse control effectiveness and identify themes, trends, and improvement opportunities.
* Proactively challenge existing practices to ensure alignment with QTC's risk management framework.
Governance & Reporting
* Deliver high‑quality and timely reporting for senior leadership and Board committees.
* Contribute meaningful insights that support effective decision‑making.
Stakeholder Engagement
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to support risk management outcomes.
Continuous Improvement
* Develop and present recommendations to strengthen internal controls, systems, and operating procedures.
* Use technology solutions—including Power BI—to analyse data and uplift reporting capability.
* Contribute to the ongoing maturity and strategic direction of the risk function.

Qualifications & Experience Essential
* Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in risk management roles.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Power BI.
Desirable
* Experience working within a financial institution.
