I am currently partnered with a local Geelong organisation who is seeking multiple Customer Solutions Consultants for an immediate temporary assignment, with WFH flexibility. As the Customer Solutions Consultant, you will work between 25-38 hours per week, from both the office and home
**Your new role**
- Handle all incoming contacts including general, billing, faults, plumbing, development and operational enquiries
- Manage complex issues, including the management of customer complaints
- Process allocated correspondence
**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed as the Customer Solutions Consultant, you will need:
- Experience in a similar customer service environment (call centre desired)
- Demonstrated experience handling complex customer enquiries
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent IT proficiency including MS Office, Outlook and phone systems
- Ability to interact with customers with empathy
- Full Australian working rights
