About the Clinical Lead Position
This is an exciting opportunity to work in youth mental health.
* Lead a caseload of approximately 10 clients per week, providing evidence-based therapeutic services.
* Provide clinical supervision to 5-6 clinical staff members.
* Develop and implement culturally relevant group and individual activities with the team.
* Maintain accurate clinical records and participate in community events and advocacy initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A graduate or postgraduate qualification in Psychology, Mental Health Nursing, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or a related field.
* Registration and/or membership with the appropriate professional body.
* Approval to provide supervision to clinical placement students.
* Experience in case management, care coordination, and providing evidence-based interventions.
