Your new role
This is a key position within the firm's respected Wills & Estates team. You will work closely with a diverse client base, providing strategic advice and managing complex estate planning, administration, and litigation matters. Key Responsibilities
* Advising clients on estate planning, including wills, powers of attorney, and testamentary trusts
* Managing estate administration and probate matters
* Handling estate litigation, including family provision claims and contested wills
* Mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to team development
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Participating in business development and networking initiatives
What you'll need to succeed
* Minimum 5 years PAE in Wills & Estates law
* Strong technical knowledge across estate planning, administration, and litigation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to manage files independently and provide strategic legal advice
