As our Safeguarding Support Administrator, you'll help ensure every visitor to our centres meets child safety and compliance standards — supporting our mission to create safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environments for every child.
Your Impact:
In this vital role, you'll:
* Support centres and support office teams to meet safeguarding requirements for visitors.
* Manage enquiries across multiple channels, providing clear guidance on visitor compliance, training, and policies.
* Maintain accurate data within the Visitor Management System (VMS) to ensure compliance with Working With Children Checks and safeguarding training requirements.
* Conduct internal reviews and prepare reports to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement.
* Build strong, professional relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to promote a culture of child safety and continuous improvement.
* Support the development of resources and FAQs to strengthen awareness and consistency across our network.

You'll bring to the table
* Experience in customer service or administration, ideally in a compliance or early learning environment
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office and adaptable to new systems
* Understanding of Child Safe Organisation principles (desirable)
* Current QLD Working with Children Check
