are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
Contract Administrator
to join a highly regarded residential builder. Our client is known for delivering beautifully crafted, architecturally designed homes across Melbourne, with projects valued up to $6m in the inner eastern and inner northern suburbs. Key responsibilities:
* Prepare, review, and manage subcontractor and supplier agreements
* Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, variations, and correspondence
* Track project costs and budgets, providing timely and transparent cost reports
* Liaise with clients, consultants, site teams, and project managers to ensure strong communication and alignment
Requirements:
* Minimum four years' experience as a Contract Administrator
* Experience across the custom/high-end residential sector
* Solid understanding of construction contracts and relevant regulations
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive, positive, and solutions-focused attitude
* Highly organised, with a meticulous and systematic approach to work
