Your Role
In this Key role, you'll provide high-quality administrative support to the Aboriginal Health Directorate, ensuring efficient operations, accurate records, and respectful engagement with a wide range of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide confidential administrative support, including document preparation, payroll assistance, and financial processing
* Support culturally sensitive service delivery and community engagement
* Maintain accurate records, assist with data entry, and contribute to policy development
* Coordinate meetings, assist with onboarding, and support quality improvement initiatives

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural awareness and sensitivity
* Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently and collaboratively
* Proficiency with MS Office and office systems
