About The Role
This is an exciting new opportunity for an experienced lawyer to join a dynamic, friendly, and fast paced team. The role will support the Assistant General Counsels to deliver high quality, responsible, legal advice that supports Benevolent to advance its organisational purpose having regard to the strategic direction and key focus organisational areas.
In addition to working closely with two experienced lawyers, you will also have the opportunity to manage your own project.
Duties
* Assist with the provision of legal advice across multiple areas of law, including service delivery and head office.
* Contract review and drafting.
* Assist with litigation matters.
* Legal project management.

Skills And Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in law.
* 2+ years of post-admission experience, with a current NSW Practising Certificate.
* Strong privacy law skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to be proactive, multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines (including supporting multiple stakeholders).
* Based in Sydney.
