Job Description
As a Department Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service is provided to every JD customer. You will lead your department in maintaining the merchandising & visual standards and sales results.
Responsibilities
1. Model exceptional customer service, every customer, every time.
2. Support and guide team to deliver exceptional service and a 'service over task' environment.
3. Actively gain, maintain and share product & brand knowledge for your department.
4. Support management team to improve financial performance within your department.
5. Work with back-of-house team to ensure product availability.
6. Uphold company standards and deliver store visual excellence.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 2-3 years of experience within retail or similar industry.
* Passionate about delivering an amazing service experience for customers.
* Positive attitude, with capacity to create a motivating environment for the team.
* Excellent time-management skills to ensure that daily priorities are executed in a timely manner.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, thriving in social situations with customers and team members.
