Benefits Flexible working with 35-hour workweeks Supportive, collaborative team Career development & growth Convenient Location A fully equipped and stocked team kitchen Free coffee Community Engagement & Impact What You’ll Be Doing Managing end-to-end residential conveyancing (sales and purchases) Supporting senior lawyers across Property and assisting with some Wills & Estates matters Providing daily operational support to the Legal Business Manager Monitoring critical dates, file openings/closures, and internal workflows Supporting client onboarding and enhancing the client experience Driving process improvements, system updates, and document precedents Maintaining accurate records, compliance, and internal reporting Acting as a go-to support person within the team About You 2 years of experience in a similar Legal Assistant position with exposure to end-to-end conveyancing and property transactions Exposure to Wills & Estates is preferred, or a genuine willingness to learn Proficiency in using PEXA, Actionstep, NetDocs is preferred Strong organisational and time management skills with a proactive approach Confident communicator with a client-focused mindset Comfortable juggling priorities and flagging issues early If you’re an experienced Legal Assistant or Administrator with strong conveyancing experience and are looking for a hands-on role in a growing, supportive practice, we’d love to hear from you.
