We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Member Services Officer.

Key Responsibilities:
* Touring and closing sales while representing the club in a positive and professional manner.
* Providing exceptional customer service that aligns with our Mission, Vision, and Values.
* Meeting individual and team goals, targets set by Assistant Club Manager and Club Manager.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills.
* A passion for health and fitness.
* A desire to help people achieve their goals.
* A current First Aid & CPR Certification.
* A Working With Children Check (or equivalent) and National Police Check.
Previous experience in fitness, sales, customer service, or retail environments is advantageous but not required. We welcome friendly candidates with a customer service mindset.
As a Member Services Officer, you will be the face of our business, providing essential services that drive sales, reception, and merchandising activities.
