Job Description
Position: Retail / Hospitality Manager Reporting to Director Employment Type: Full-time Location: Joondalup, WA Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 + super We are seeking an experienced Retail/Hospitality Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy food retail outlet. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining service standards, and ensuring efficient store performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage product/menu selection, purchasing, pricing, and stock levels.
Plan and implement marketing, promotions, and advertising activities.
Set sales and expenditure targets and maintain financial and stock records.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Provide high-level customer service and resolve enquiries and complaints.
Recruit, train, supervise, and roster staff to support daily operations.
Oversee sales activities and maintain consistent service standards.
Skills & Experience Required
At least 1 year of relevant experience in a retail or hospitality management role.
Diploma in hospitality preferred.
Strong knowledge of customer service, staff supervision, and inventory control.
Ability to manage budgets, performance targets, and day-to-day operations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
