About the Role
Working in a fun and lively environment, the Bartender will be responsible for creating little moments for guests that will keep them coming back for more. We are seeking a warm and welcoming personality, who has the ability to create surprising and memorable experiences and share great local knowledge. This role will include taking orders, serving guests, making a range of beverages, taking payment and register operation.

Naturally, your previous experience in a similar role, within a luxury hospitality setting, will come highly regarded. As will the following:
 * Bar experience is essential
 * A sound 'all-round' beverage and cocktail knowledge
 * A current and valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
 * Must be experienced working in a fast-paced service environment
 * Assisting customers with all requirements by offering suggestions and demonstrating great product knowledge
 * Motivation to build strong rapport with guests and colleagues through effective communication
 * Excellent personal presentation and presence
 * A passion for food, beverage and hospitality
 * Availability for to work varying shifts including evenings/nights and weekends
