We are looking for a detail-driven and technically capable Product Data Analyst to take ownership of our product data lifecycle as we continue to scale nationally across the mobile A/C and heavy fleet sectors.
This is a critical operational role responsible for building, maintaining and optimising product data systems that directly support sales, supply chain efficiency, and customer experience.

About the Role
As the Product Data Analyst, you will own the end-to-end product data process, from product creation and attribute governance through to ERP, website and reporting integrations. You will work closely with Supply Chain, Sales, IT and Data teams to ensure data accuracy, system alignment and operational efficiency across the business.
This role suits someone who is highly systematic, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple platforms, including ERP, web catalogues and data pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
Product Data & Supply Chain (Core):
* Build and maintain OEM > aftermarket cross-referencing
* Govern product master data, categories and attributes
* Model and maintain kits and BOM structures
* Identify product and category gaps within the catalogue
* Manage fleet data (Make / Model / Year mapping and spares sets)
* Maintain website product listings, filters and search accuracy
* Ensure alignment between ERP data and web catalogue
Data Quality, Systems & Integration:
* Maintain data quality across Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
* Identify and resolve data issues at source
* Manage product data pipelines and system integrations
* Support API, connector and import/export processes
* Implement data quality monitoring and alerts
* Support Sales and Service teams with OEM > aftermarket queries
* Work with Procurement on product lifecycle management
* Deliver ad hoc reporting and product insights to support decision-making
* Assist IT & Data Manager with escalated data queries
About You
You are a structured, analytical problem solver who understands the importance of accurate data in operational performance. You bring:
* 2–3+ years' experience in product data, supply chain analytics or data management
* Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, SQL and Power Query
* Experience working with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 or similar preferred)
* Understanding of product structures, BOMs and data governance principles
* Exposure to Power Automate and/or Azure data tools (desirable)
* High attention to detail with a methodical approach to data quality
* Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams
Experience in automotive, aftermarket, or technical B2B industries will be highly regarded.

* Standardised product attributes and kit/BOM structures
* Achieved full alignment between ERP and web catalogue data
