About the role
* Location: Strathalbyn
* Type: Casual and Permanent Part time Role
You'll get to know each resident's story and:
* Lend a hand with daily life – ensuring residents feel heard, comfortable and well-fed.
* Work with the team to support those with challenging needs.
* Help keep residents' bodies and minds active.
* Keep tabs on residents' health – assisting with treatments.
* Be a friend to residents.
* Ensure every resident's privacy and dignity is respected.
You'll be a true team player and great communicator, with:
* A real desire to make a difference in people's lives
* A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
* Prior experience as a caregiver or similar
* Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
