Duties and responsibilities include:
* Manage the full claims process from post lodgement to settlement
* Liaise with customers to provide empathetic and professional support
* Act as the initial lodgement point for customers
* Negotiate options as required for accurate processing of claims
* Work within set procedures and standards to ensure all claims are processed in an efficient and effective manner
We are looking for someone with:
* Proven track record of end to end motor claims management experience
* Great communication and phone skills
* A detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
* Highly organise and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Proven analytical and critical thinking capabilities
* Ability to show empathy and compassion by providing best commercial outcome
