Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled onsite desktop network support specialist to provide technical assistance and expertise in ensuring seamless IT infrastructure operations for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide direct support for desktop and network issues, guaranteeing optimal functionality and minimal downtime for users.
* Act as the primary point of contact for IT concerns, offering expert advice and troubleshooting to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
* Collaborate with various teams to ensure proper implementation and management of network and desktop solutions, meeting client standards and expectations.
* Perform routine system monitoring, identifying security vulnerabilities and deploying necessary updates and patches to maintain system integrity.
* Maintain detailed documentation of support activities, solutions provided, and system configurations for continuity and reference purposes.
* Implement and configure new network hardware to meet growing business needs and enhance IT operational efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with established IT policies, procedures, and standards, working to improve processes and user satisfaction.
* Facilitate technical training sessions for end-users to increase efficiency in utilizing IT systems and applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proficient in imaging and reimaging systems to ensure seamless operations and minimal downtime for users.
* Experience in providing end-user support, addressing customer issues promptly and effectively to enhance user satisfaction.
* Hands-on experience with Active Directory, managing user accounts, and ensuring security across network domains.
* Strong understanding of Office 365 applications to assist users and manage enterprise-wide deployments and updates.
* Skilled in SCCM for software deployment, managing system updates, and automating routine IT tasks.
* Adept at network troubleshooting, identifying network issues, and implementing solutions to maintain network integrity.
* Experience with Remote Desktop Services to provide effective remote support and resolve user queries efficiently.
* Proven Windows Administration expertise, ensuring system security and optimizing performance for enterprise environments.
