Due to on-going growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Coordinator to join our team with two direct reports.
You will work closely with the team to provide administrative and coordinative support where required.

Responsibilities
Work with the Sales Manager, Sales Consultants and the Showrooms to achieve their targets and conversions on a weekly basis by tracking against budgets;
Ensure that all relevant Sales and Marketing information is communicated accurately and efficiently to the relevant stakeholders;
Act as point of contact to respond to technical inquiries from staff and provide guidance where required regarding pricing/discounts and any other issues.
Assist with customer service inquiries as appropriate in a timely manner;
Monitor and be responsible for the reporting and costing of errors within the business on a weekly and monthly basis;
Provide support in the development and maintenance of Manuals and Procedures as required by the Sales and Marketing team for the Showrooms.
Attend monthly Sales Consultant and Showroom meetings;
Assist as appropriate in coordinating Showroom renovations and fit outs;
Involvement in showroom events/openings/launches as appropriate;
Monitor customer satisfaction surveys, ensuring that any actioning required is done so promptly;

Your technical capabilities will ensure that you showcase your level of attention to detail in the duties that you carry out.
Previous experience working in an office and/or sales environment is advantageous
Motivated, determined, proactive and driven to succeed
A great negotiator and influencer, without being too 'pushy'
Customer-focused with exceptional communication and time management skills
Possess the ability to take initiative;
Sales experience in home improvement industry preferred but not essential;
A great communicator with high level written and verbal skills;
High level customer service skills;
Team player.
