We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Professional to join our retail portfolio team. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing campaign delivery, social media management, and stakeholder engagement within the property or retail sector.
About the Role
* Support the delivery of national and local marketing campaigns
* Create and schedule engaging social media content for multiple centres
* Coordinate and implement centre campaigns, activations, and events
* Manage advertising collateral, creative assets, and campaign costs
* Build and maintain strong relationships with tenant customers
* Analyse campaign performance, turnover, and traffic results
The successful candidate will possess:
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in marketing within property or retail environments
* Strong understanding of branding, campaign management, and customer marketing
* Proficiency with social media tools, CMS, Meta, Canva, and Google Analytics
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills
* Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities
