About the role
Step into a leadership role where your clinical expertise shapes service direction, strengthens team capability and improves outcomes for children, young people and families experiencing complex mental health challenges.
As Clinical Lead for Dubbo Infant Child Youth & Family Mental Health Services, you will combine advanced clinical practice with strategic leadership. The role provides supervision, consultation and mentorship to a team of clinicians, guides complex case management, and drives continuous improvement across the service. This is a role with real influence — over practice standards, team culture and integrated care delivery.
We are seeking an experienced clinician with strong child and adolescent expertise, sound clinical judgement and relevant postgraduate qualifications.
