Diversional Therapist - Aged Care - Bundaberg Residential Aged Care | Leadership Role We are seeking a passionate and experienced Diversional Therapist to lead and inspire our lifestyle team within a residential aged care environment. Key responsibilities include: Leading, mentoring, and supporting the Leisure & Lifestyle Assistant team Coordinating and delivering person-centred lifestyle and wellbeing programs Ensuring activities align with residents’ interests, abilities, and cultural needs Supporting compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards Maintaining accurate documentation and activity records Engaging with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams Liaising with the wider community in Bundaberg About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience in a lifestyle or activities role within aged care or a similar setting Demonstrated leadership or team-leading experience (or readiness to step up) A genuine passion for improving residents’ wellbeing and engagement Strong communication and organisational skills Understanding of person-centred care and aged care standards Certificate IV in Leisure and Health (or equivalent such as Diploma in Community Services etc) A current "C" class driver's license NO SPONSORSHIP ON OFFER How to Apply Click Apply Now to submit your resume.
