We are seeking an experienced area manager to oversee operations across NSW.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage field teams and contractors to deliver scheduled works across Telstra sites in NSW.
* Support the workforce in managing construction activities and oversee site inspections, contingency planning, operational handovers, and quality assurance.
* Act as Facility Manager, recommending upgrades to improve network integrity and assess feasibility of such options.
* Investigate, advise, and manage incidents and restore normal site conditions from plant equipment, network performance, and other facilities equipment.
About You:
* Demonstrated experience within a Telstra network or ticket-of-work environment is desired.
* Ideally, you'll have a trade background or qualification in electrical/mechanical or facilities management/building management experience.
* Effective client relationship management with operational stakeholders, supported by strong communication skills.
