Business Case Specialist
The purpose of this role is to develop and deliver comprehensive business cases for operational projects. This will involve facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings, preparing business case documents using standardised templates, driving the business case through funding approval cycles, conducting business process reviews, producing supporting documentation, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing independent advice.
Key responsibilities include:
* Facilitating small to medium-scale workshops and stakeholder meetings to capture business requirements.
* Preparing and developing comprehensive business cases using standardised templates.
* Driving business cases through funding approval cycles ensuring effective engagement with stakeholders.
* Conducting business process reviews including gap analysis, process mapping, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Producing high-quality supporting documentation such as project plans, workflows, and checklists.
Required skills and qualifications include:
* Demonstrated experience in developing and writing business cases within large organisations.
* Advanced business analysis capabilities including stakeholder engagement, process mapping, and gap analysis.
* Exceptional written communication skills with ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
