Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, managing diaries, travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and expense reconciliation.


About the Role

The Office Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining confidentiality at all times.

* Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership and project teams;
* Manage diaries, travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and expense reconciliation;
* Coordinate office operations, facilities management, and team engagement activities;
* Support onboarding, document compliance, and internal communications;
* Assist with reporting, data entry, and formatting project documentation;
* Liaise between internal staff and external service providers;


Key Qualifications

* Certificate or diploma in Business Administration or related field desirable;
* Proven experience in high-level administration, senior leadership support, and facilities management in a fast-paced environment;
* Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects with the highest levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and service;
* A self-starter mindset that takes initiative to continuously improve processes for ongoing effectiveness of the department and company;
* Solutions-oriented approach to challenges with the ability to analyse issues, determine approach, and drive positive-change recommendations;
* Aptitude for working in collaborative team environments with a focus on proactive communication, relationship building skills, and resiliency;
* Strong communication skills, verbal and written;
* Proficient in Microsoft Suite and collaboration tools;
