Seed are currently seeking a talented and committed **Window Display Assistant** to join our Windows Team in Canberra. This position is responsible for ensuring our high standard of presentation is consistently applied **across our stores and concession pads within Canberra**.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Installing the In-store & Window VM Concepts
- Applying/interpreting and implementing the In-store VM Guidelines
- Maintaining VM standards and store presentation standards
- In conjunction with the Store Management Team, identifying and actioning merchandising opportunities to increase sales
- Achieves excellence in window presentation at all times - includes installation of window schemes/ stock changes/ housekeeping and maintenance of windows
- Ensures the assigned stores achieve and maintain visual excellence at all times and provides photographic and verbal feedback to Managers
**ABOUT YOU**:
- Has a minimum of 2 years Visual Merchandising experience (fashion apparel experience an advantage)
- Be practised in assembling and styling prop-intensive window and in-store installations
- Possess strong time management, organisational and communication skills
- Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Has a passion for visual merchandising and attention to detail
- **Must hold a current driver's license and have access to a car**
