We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to fill the role of Level 2 Technical Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and troubleshooting services across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to and resolve technical support requests in a timely and efficient manner
* Troubleshoot complex issues related to Windows servers, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware
* Assist with project implementation and deployment initiatives
* Manage and maintain various technical systems including backup, security, and monitoring solutions
* Escalate critical issues to senior technicians or vendors as necessary
* Maintain accurate records and documentation in relevant systems
Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience in an IT support environment
* A minimum of 6 months' experience working in a managed services environment
* Possession of a valid driver's license
* A valid Australian work visa or equivalent authorization
Preferred Qualifications:
* Professional certifications in IT-related fields (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, etc.)
* Experience with IT service management frameworks and tools
* Strong knowledge of RMM and PSA software
