Australia's leading shutdown support specialist is currently seeking highly motivated candidates to fill positions as Shutdown Coordinator and Project Supervisors. You will assist us with running Shutdowns & Projects on some of WA's largest and most well-known mine sites. This is an excellent opportunity to further your career in the booming WA resources sector and gain experience from a well-established, reputable business.
Duties
* Ensure the delivery of a safe, and efficient shutdown
* Managing and coordinating front line contractor supervisors and ensuring their teams are aligning with the safe work systems.
* Checking compliance to the schedule and identifying at risk areas with the scheduler
* Ensure key milestones for each shift are meet and communicated through to the Contract Supervisors
* Prepare and communicate a detailed end of shift handover
Requirements:
* Current C - Class driver's license
* Strong experience managing fixed plant shutdowns or running projects in a mining environment
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* A firm commitment to safety
* Fit and Healthy and able to complete Pre-Employment Medical and Drug Screening
