Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement educational programs aligned with organizational goals
* Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver curricula that meet student needs
* Support students through individualized learning plans and provide guidance on academic and personal development
* Contribute to the growth and development of the program through participation in professional development opportunities and committee involvement
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and program outcomes
Required Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Education or related field
* Teaching certification or equivalent experience
* Proven track record of success in teaching and educational leadership
* Expertise in curriculum design and implementation
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Familiarity with the Circle of Courage framework and its application in education
