Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 + Superannuation
Location: North of the River position with national travel

Our client, a well-known retail brand, is seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join their talented, value-driven team. Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Brand Initiatives: Collaborate with key managers and creative team to drive strategic brand development initiatives.
* Budget Management: Establish and prepare marketing budgets and programs under the direction of the Executive team.
* Team Coordination: Coordinate and manage the marketing team, supplier and relevant stakeholders related to marketing projects.
* Coaching and Development: Working alongside team leaders and to ensure the continued success of the marketing team and providing opportunities to utilize and develop their marketing and operational skills.
* Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly reporting on marketing activities and outcomes.

About You:
* Proven experience in a lead marketing role, preferably within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
* A leader with a positive attitude and a passion for marketing and managing teams.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
* Degree in Marketing and/or Communications preferred but not essential.
