YOUR MISSION:
Assist sales and marketing management with communications media and advertising materials to represent the organization's products and services to customers and prospects. Assist in generating promotions, articles, press releases.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Assist sales and marketing management with the creation and distribution of communications media and advertising materials to effectively represent the organization's products and services to customers and prospects.
- Generate and oversee promotions, articles, and press releases to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines and templates, and educate the organization on the significance of brand alignment and positioning.
- Manage sales promotion projects with a strategic approach to boost sales and foster customer loyalty.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communications campaigns across various media platforms to support business objectives and drive sales growth.
- Plan and execute smaller events, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet all deadlines, while coordinating with all involved parties.
- Gather and summarize information to develop content, and draft initial versions of content for print and digital platforms.
- Address and resolve queries from internal and external customers or suppliers by providing detailed information on complex processes and policies, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate within an established project management framework to achieve specific goals.
- Work cohesively with other professional teams across organizational boundaries to ensure seamless support for service users.
- Enhance personal capabilities through participation in assessment and development planning activities, formal and informal training, and coaching.
- Maintain professional accreditation and stay updated on relevant technology, external regulations, and industry best practices through continuous education, conference attendance, and specialist media consumption.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of education.
- Proven experience as a marketing and communications practitioner, capable of working independently.
- Basic experience in coordinating the work of others.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using marketing software and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
