Overview
Bega Garnbirringu Health Service (BGHS) is seeking an experienced and creative Communications & Publications Officer to support the organisation's communication and publication needs. This role will facilitate, develop, implement and review a range of communication strategies to achieve organisational objectives and strengthen community engagement.

Responsibilities
* Demonstrated experience in a communications and publications role, including the ability to design, develop and publish a variety of print and digital materials.
* High-level oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and liaise effectively with key stakeholders.
* Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Canva and Microsoft Office applications.
* Demonstrated ability to uphold principles of cultural safety, including effective and sensitive communication with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Qualifications
* Current Working with Children Check.
* National Criminal History Check (Police Clearance – valid within the last 3 months).
