About the Role:
You will work in a Physiotherapy team to deliver high-quality therapy to patients in an Orthopaedic acute ward. Under supervision, you will provide tailored exercise programs, facilitate mobility, and contribute to early rehabilitation.
Responsibilities include individually tailored exercise programs, facilitating mobility to prevent functional decline, and providing early rehabilitation to achieve optimal discharge outcomes.
You will also assist in improving patient wellbeing and experience in the acute setting, undertake non-clinical duties to support physiotherapy services, and may be responsible for supervising AHA students and mentoring junior staff.
The successful candidate will have suitable qualifications meeting selection criteria and relevant employed experience working in a healthcare setting with patients undergoing exercise.
