Offer description

We're looking for a skilled Analyst to join the Benefits & Investment Assurance team and help drive evidence-based decision-making across this Real Estate & Infrastructure Asset Managers capital portfolio.

In this role, you'll analyse, track and report financial, operational, sustainability and compliance benefits to ensure investment outcomes are realised and aligned with our strategic priorities.

What you'll do

* Maintain the Benefits Register and portfolio dashboards
* Analyse project and portfolio benefits, highlighting trends, risks and variances
* Support Post Implementation Reviews by validating realised outcomes
* Prepare regular and ad-hoc benefits reports for governance forums
* Provide insights on portfolio trade-offs, dependencies and strategic alignment
* Contribute to planning cycles and continuous improvement of benefits frameworks

What you'll bring

* Degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Project Management or similar
* 2–5 years' experience in benefits management, portfolio analysis financial analysis or project reporting
* Strong analytical capability including dashboarding (Power BI or similar)
* Understanding of project delivery and assurance frameworks (Stage Gates, PMBOK, PRINCE2)
* Excellent communication and reporting skills
