About Fuzzy

Fuzzy Operations creates and delivers some of Australia's most loved music events. From Field Day in The Domain to Harbourlife at Fleet Steps, we produce experiences built around big moments in iconic spots, top-tier production and a team that's hands-on, sharp and proud of what we put into the world.

In 2025 more than 50,000 people attended Fuzzy events across the year. Our work spans club shows, touring and large outdoor events, including bringing major international events like Mighty Hoopla and elrow to Bondi Beach, alongside new formats and one-off shows that continue to shape what music events can be.

Across everything we do, it comes back to the same thing: good times done properly.

The Role

The Office Manager (Events & Operations) keeps Fuzzy running day to day. This role sits at the centre of the business, looking after how the office functions while supporting the practical and logistical backbone of our events.

You will work closely with senior leadership and production teams, helping translate plans into action and making sure the details are handled properly. From office operations to event support, this is a role for someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead and keeps things moving.

The role also carries a cultural liaison responsibility. You will be the primary point of contact for First Nations artists, communities and organisations we work with, supporting respectful and culturally appropriate engagement across our events.

Fuzzy is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace and strongly encourages applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
