Are you an engineering expert with a passion for site management? \\
As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. \\
Key Responsibilities:
\
* Provide onsite engineering services and technical support to ensure short-term planning and programming of works is completed in conjunction with the site supervision staff.
* Conduct and administer overall job planning and programming, including short-range and intermediate activities for construction projects for approval by the Project Manager.
* Exercise professional judgment in resolving engineering issues, such as construction methods, design, engineering procedures, etc.
* Verify subcontractors' claims and variations, and undertake cost controlling and estimating as required by the Site Manager.
* Maintain drawing register controls for the project, and demonstrate people management skills by managing work and performance of teams and subcontractors to achieve project outcomes.
* Work tasks may include formation improvement, track drainage, capping works, ballast installation, construction of skeleton track, tamping/surfacing works, welding, and destressing works, and working with the supervision team to deliver team objectives.

Requirements:
\
* Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Science, Building Construction, Construction Management, or equivalent.
* Minimum 2 years' engineering experience, with construction management and specific technical skills base relevant to the program of work and discipline area.
* Skill in use of document and record management, progress, and project performance reporting compliance, and procedures.
