We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Sales Representative to join out Fruitlink sales team servicing Independent Supermarkets, Fruit & Vegetable Retailers and Gourmet Delicatessens.
If you are passionate about building relationships, driving sales, and growing our brands across various business channels on the Central Queensland region, we would like to talk to you.
What does your day-to-day look like:
* Taking ownership and accountability for managing key customers within your territory.
* Maintaining and developing long-term relationships with existing and new store owners, managers, and key decision makers.
* Identify and capitalise on new sales opportunities.
* Maximising sales by focusing on increasing our range, increasing our distribution, and maximising our on-shelf presence through merchandising standards and promotional execution that benefits both our customers and our business.
Who are we looking for:
* A self-starter with strong planning, organisational skills and is highly motivated and driven for results.
* The ability and willingness to build strong business relationships is essential.
* Demonstrates the ability to understand the customers' needs.
* Excellent selling, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
* Ideally 2-3 years of on-the-road sales experience within the FMCG sector and/or the Fruit and Vegetable Industry.
* Must hold a current Australian driver's license.
* Must be willing to travel.
