We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to take ownership of project delivery and provide strong leadership across our site, workshop, and project coordination teams.
This role suits a decisive leader who takes ownership of delivery and is trusted to manage projects independently.
As Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of all live projects, from contract handover through to completion.
You will manage our Project Coordinator and Project Administrator Team, lead site delivery teams, and oversee the critical interface between estimating, workshop production, and installation.
This is a senior role with genuine authority, where your experience and judgement will be trusted.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of commercial fitout and joinery projects
* Provide direction and leadership to the Project Coordinators and Project Administrators
* Oversee site delivery teams and installation works
* Ensure estimator handovers are clear, accurate, and buildable
* Proactively manage program, quality, and delivery risks
* Resolve issues early and decisively
* Maintain project margins, timelines, and client outcomes
* Act as the primary escalation point for delivery-related matters
* Contribute to continuous improvement across systems and processes
You Will Bring To The Role:
* Strong experience in commercial construction, fitout, and/or joinery
* A proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects
* Confidence in making decisions and taking ownership of outcomes
* Strong site presence and respect from trades
