Job Description The role is responsible for supporting the Guest Experience team in achieving key business outcomes while delivering exceptional, personalized service to VIP and Loyalty guests throughout every stage of their journey, including reservations, arrivals, and departures.
Acting as an ambassador for Accor, the incumbent will positively represent and promote the brand in all guest interactions.
As a primary point of contact for guests prior to check-in, the role requires comprehensive knowledge of all hotel services and facilities, as well as a strong understanding of the local area to enhance the overall guest experience.
The position provides administrative and operational support to the Guest Experience team, including conducting pre-arrival calls, coordinating cabana and restaurant reservations, managing Accor experience bookings, and building and maintaining detailed guest profiles.
