Ecommerce Performance Manager
to help drive online performance.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending strategy with hands-on delivery. You will be responsible for improving online revenue performance across owned and third-party channels, leveraging data, customer insight, and technology to unlock sustainable growth. Working closely with founders and external partners, you will help evolve the digital roadmap while ensuring day-to-day execution is commercially sound and scalable.
What you'll be responsible for
* Owning digital trading performance across D2C and marketplaces
* Driving growth through Shopify optimisation, UX, SEO, CRO, and on-site improvements
* Managing and expanding marketplace channels and integrations
* Using customer and commercial data to inform growth initiatives
* Leading CRM and lifecycle activity via Klaviyo
* Partnering with agencies to optimise paid media performance
* Monitoring KPIs, reporting on results, and identifying opportunities
* Exploring new tools, automation, and AI to improve efficiency
What we're looking for
* At least 4+ years' experience in ecommerce or digital retail
* Curiosity and passion for the rapid escalation in developments of AI and software
* Proven ownership of ecommerce performance and ability to scale a brand
* Strong Shopify and analytics capability (GA4, Hotjar or similar)
* Experience with marketplaces, CRM, and paid media environments
* Commercial, proactive, and comfortable being hands-on.
