What You'll Do
* Provide high‐quality agronomic and technical advice to growers across the region.
* Build and maintain long‐term, trusted relationships with existing customers.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through superior agronomic insight and service.
* Develop a deep understanding of each client's operation, goals and seasonal requirements.
* Share relevant technical, seasonal and market insights to improve farm productivity and sustainability.
* Stay current with latest plant production practices and agronomic innovations.
* Stay up to date with digital tools and use them to ensure the best outcomes for your growers.
* Coordinate and participate in field days, trials and farmer meetings, positioning yourself as a local subject‐matter expert.
* Act as a go‐to agronomy advisor for cotton and broadacre inputs in the region.
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience as a trusted advisor in an agronomy‐focused role.
* Ability to work in a team.
* Strong understanding of agronomic products, seasonal timing and grower requirements.
* Demonstrated capability in sales planning, call cycle management and customer growth.
* Excellent customer service, organisational and administrative skills.
* Confident written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a high‐performing team.
* Experience in agronomic advisory roles relating to agricultural chemicals and fertiliser.
* Knowledge of horticultural agronomy (highly regarded, but not essential).
* A tertiary qualification in Agricultural Science (or related discipline).
