You will take ownership of existing developments while driving new project acquisitions, marketing strategy, and developer relationships nationally.
Key responsibilities
* Lead an active pipeline of secured and near-secured developments
* Drive national acquisition of new project marketing mandates
* Build and manage strong developer relationships across key markets
* Oversee pricing, positioning, product mix, and buyer strategy
* Manage campaign execution across branding, digital, PR, and display suites
* Drive enquiry, conversion, and overall project performance
* Lead reporting, forecasting, and budget management
* Build and scale a high-performing project team
Requirements
* Senior experience in project sales, acquisitions, or management
* Proven track record in high-value property or development deals
* Real Estate Licence essential
