Job Overview:
We are seeking a Fiscal Management Professional to join our team. This role will support the development and implementation of plans, policies, frameworks and processes to improve financial capability and respond to complex financial management issues, trends and opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with senior management and department heads to provide effective fiscal management and drive continuous improvements in patient-centred care and organisational integrity.
* Reporting to the Director of Finance, this role will be on a permanent, full-time basis.
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in accounting or business management with a minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role. Demonstrated experience leading within an interdisciplinary environment and empowering staff through the application of values-based and transparent management practices is also desirable.
