Business Development Manager – Construction & Manufacturing TechMelbourne | Up to $90k + Super + $14.4k Car Allowance | Uncapped commissionsAre you an experienced BDM with a strong track record in construction or manufacturing sales? Or perhaps you've built your career in a blue-collar environment and know how to close high-value deals with decision-makers who don’t waste time. This is a high-impact role for someone ready to take ownership of a national territory and drive serious results.The OpportunityWe’re working with a fast-growing, data-driven tech company that delivers high-value insights across the entire construction lifecycle—from initial planning through to project completion. Their platform is relied on by leading manufacturers and suppliers to understand exactly who’s doing what, when, and where across the building industry.You’ll be selling annual contracts (valued up to $100k) that give manufacturers visibility into the market: which architect has the plans, which builder is being used, and who the key subcontractors are. It’s a must-have tool for proactive sales teams in the construction supply chain.The RoleYou’ll be responsible for building and growing a strong pipeline across Melbourne and the eastern states. Your targets will include National Sales Managers, General Managers, COOs, MDs, and business owners.
