Short Description: Looking for an experienced SmartComm Developer with specialization on SmartCOMM CCM Product, SmartIQ and Java.
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SmartComm Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in SmartComm, with the ability to lead and manage the development of highly personalized and targeted customer communications. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, coordinating with offshore teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Roles and Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and develop SmartComm forms and templates. Conduct unit testing and support end-to-end testing and business validation. Participate in meetings with stakeholders and clients to gather requirements and provide updates. Coordinate daily with offshore team members and onsite lead/architect. Collaborate with the offshore team and client business stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Manage deliverables and consolidate form templates. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Ensure the quality and timeliness of project deliverables. Skill / Competencies / Experience: ESSENTIAL Extensive experience in SmartComm development and SmartIQ (additional secondary skill). Strong technical, conceptual, and developmental skills. Proven ability to create, manage, and deliver personalized customer communications. Experience in the insurance, banking, or healthcare industries is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities. PREFERRED Knowledge of other customer communication management (CCM) platforms. Experience with Agile methodologies. Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and integrations. ADDITIONAL Excellent customer facing skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
