* Be the first point of escalation, delivering quality information to internal teams and providing advanced troubleshooting and advice
* Handle tickets and work through to ensure high levels of customer service, meeting average handling times
* Demonstrate ownership to instil confidence in customers
* Provide detailed information and work towards solutions regarding incidents and service requests
Key Requirements
* Ability to question, analyse and provide solutions
* Solid technical background with the ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience
* Ability to prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
* Relevant experience in a Service Desk environment
