Job Description
Service management professionals play a vital role in ensuring seamless workflow operations within organizations. This role focuses on the configuration and implementation of service management tools, leveraging experience with Atlassian software (Jira and Confluence) to optimize business processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* At least 2 years of experience in infrastructure as code and service management tool configuration
* Proficiency in Atlassian toolset, including Jira and Confluence
* Strong process mapping skills to identify non-value add steps and create lean, agile processes
* Ability to analyze business problem areas and develop internal Continuous Improvement Activities
* Excellent communication and documentation skills for handover to relevant teams
* Capacity to contribute to maintenance and installation work planning, including building and configuring infrastructure components
* Process automation and integration expertise within the Atlassian toolset
