Job Title: Registered Nurse/Enrolled Nurse - Transit Lounge
Employment Type: Fixed‑Term Full Time/Part‑Time (until 30/06/2027)
Classification: Enrolled Nurse, Level 2 (2.1 – 2.7)

The Transit Lounge promotes timely discharge from the ward environment and maximises efficient use of inpatient beds, facilitating better patient flow and patient experience. Operating Monday to Friday 0800 – 1700. The Transit Lounge Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse will provide and coordinate all aspects of quality patient care. They will be an active member of the team and participate in quality improvement projects.

Qualifications & Experience
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
- Minimum of 2 years post‑graduate experience
- Demonstrated ability to provide high‑quality and safe clinical care
- Interest in quality improvement projects
