Are you an enthusiastic Administration Assistant or someone looking for a fresh start in a National company servicing the insurance industry?

The Cowan Restoration Group is looking for enthusiastic staff willing to join our Head Office team in our Braeside in a Compliance Administration Assistant role.

Your responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to:

* Accurately enter data into web portals and Compliance registers.

* Track and update due dates for inspections, audits, training renewals, and vehicle checks.

* Collect required documentation from Supervisors and Technicians (licenses, inductions, inspection forms).

* Assist in compiling weekly and monthly compliance data for review by the Business Compliance Coordinator.

* Maintain organised records of Fleet logs, WHS forms, and Compliance documents.

* Conduct basic Compliance spot checks (vehicle, WHS forms, job file checks) as directed.

* Support the Business Compliance Coordinator with preparation for audits and reporting deadlines.

* Answer telephone calls

* Understanding and meeting Insurer and internal Cowan Restoration Group Key Performance Indicators

* Undertaking any other duties and tasks as directed by Management.

* Excellent presentation and personal demeanour

* Ability to remain calm under pressure

* Strong prioritisation skills.

* Police Check

* Working with Children Check
