- Acting as a trusted Advisor to the client.
- Transaction strategy/execution - acquisitions, renewals, disposals, commercial negotiations & transaction advisory.
- Local market engagement & market intelligence.
- Financial Analysis / Business Case Modeling for Transactions.
- RFP coordination,transaction close-out & client invoicing.
- High level of interaction with internal team members including; Lease Admin and Facilities Management.
- Input into special projects and key strategic Real Estate initiatives.
**About you**:
- Experience in a similar, client focused role within Commercial Real Estate.
- A flair for communications both written and verbal the ability to adapt your style to suit a variety of different stakeholders.
- Commercial acumen, detail focused, ability to analyse numbers and spearhead multiple projects.
- Solutions focused approach, problem solver, team player with a cohesive, communicative style.
