Main Responsibilities
* Establish and nurture relationships with growers, providing them with the means to accumulate grain and serving as the conduit for all company activities within your designated region.
* Help identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities with a growing focus on sustainability.
* Attend and participate in events that offer opportunities to build relationships with growers and industry stakeholders.
* Promote our products and services by raising awareness among customers.
* Maintain knowledge of customer and competitor activity, as well as industry trends.
* Gain a comprehensive understanding of customers' businesses and needs.
* Create opportunities for customers and deliver results through effective account management to drive sustainable business growth.
* Maintain customer relationships as the foundation for the origination of grain and oilseeds, focusing on maximizing volume through our asset footprint.
